Starting with Windows 10 Creators Update, Microsoft has made browsing and downloading themes easier by adding themes to the Store. Yes, you can now download Windows 10 themes from Store for free.
The themes page on the Store has close to a hundred themes and will get more themes in coming months once Microsoft moves all themes from the personalization page to Store.
Downloading Windows 10 themes from Store
Downloading and installing a Windows 10 theme from Store is easy. Just follow the given below directions to download and install Windows 10 themes from the official Store for free.
Step 1:Open Settings app. Navigate to Personalization > Themes.
Step 2: Under Themes section, there is a link called Get more themes online. Click the Get more themes online link to open the official Windows 10 themes page in Store app.
NOTE: If the link is not appearing, it’s likely because you have not installed Windows 10 Creators Update yet.
Step 3: Click on the theme tile which you want to download to see more details about the theme.
Step 4: Finally, click Get button to download and install the theme.
