We bought the above webcam for the office at the end of November - and despite trying everything I can think of - and then some, I have not been able to get the computer to recognise it. However, my PC at home (which is also Windows 10, but I think 32-bit as opposed to the 64-bit office one) recognises the webcam as soon as it's plugged in.

Because I'm usually working from home, so only in the office one or two days a week, it's been difficult trying to work on this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled from Device Manager, plugged the webcam in and out of different USB ports, till I'm blue in the face, to no avail. I have even tried tinkering with Registry Edit (as per https://www.howtogeek.com/267946/how-to-stop-your-webcam-from-freezing-and-crashing-on-windows-10/) and creating an Administrator account to see if any of the solutions might work from there.

I have gone as far as I can with the less than helpful/responsive group of people at Logitech Support, who are insisting this is a Microsoft problem. (After god knows how many emails/chat messages/calls, I finally discovered that there is no Logitech driver for this webcam: it's supposed to work with the inbuilt Windows 10 one.)

It's going to be difficult to get a refund on the webcam as some kind soul here managed to throw the box out, so I really don't know where to turn next.
